Introduction

CSU1281 is an 8-bit CMOS single-chip MCU. It embeds a 4K × 16-bit OTP ROM and provides an ADC with 24-bit full differential input or 4-channel 24-bit single end input, a low-noise amplifier, and a 4×24 or 8×22 LCD driver.
