2-line SPI interface

Introduction

CS1238 is a high-precision and low power consumption analog-to-digital conversion chip. It provides two differential input channels and embeds a temperature sensor and a high-precision oscillator. The MCU can communicate with CS1238 through 2-line SPI interface to configure CS1238, for example, channel selection, PGA selection, and output rate selection.

Integrating a 2-channel 24-bit differential input. When the gain of PGA is 128, ENOB is 20.7 bits (working under 5 V) or 20.2 bits (working under 3.3 V).

INL smaller than 0.0015%

Output rate options: 10 Hz, 40 Hz, 640 Hz, and 1.28 kHz
